Challenge terms.
These terms govern the skill-based Logic Engine Beta-Testing Challenge (the "Challenge") promoted at logicrulesfactory.com. The Challenge is operated by BenAwf. By entering, you agree to these terms and to the BenAwf Terms and Conditions.
1. No purchase necessary
Entry is free. No credit card or purchase is required. Paid BenAwf features are optional and do not improve your chance of winning.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person, one account. Employees and contractors of BenAwf are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to enter
- Create a free account at BenAwf.com.
- Use plain English text to program a simulation logic sequence.
- Run a 6-month historical data track on the dashboard.
4. Efficiency benchmark
A run qualifies if it is a completed 6-month historical data track whose net result is at least +40% versus that run's starting capital, as shown on the BenAwf dashboard for that run. That +40% figure is the Challenge's efficiency benchmark metric. It is a scoring threshold for this test, not a promise of future results.
5. Reward
The first 10 eligible participants whose qualifying run meets the benchmark receive a US$10 cash reward. Order is by the timestamp of the first qualifying completed run on that account. This is a skill-based performance challenge, not a game of chance.
After we verify the run, we pay by electronic transfer using the payout details you send to support@benawf.com. We may ask for the run identifier, account email, and identity confirmation sufficient to prevent duplicate entries.
6. Verification
We may disqualify incomplete runs, duplicate accounts, automated abuse, or results we cannot reproduce from the saved logic sequence and track settings. Our verification decision is final for this Challenge.
7. Publicity and data
We may use your display name and a description of the qualifying logic sequence to talk about beta results. Personal data is handled under the Logic Rules Factory privacy notice and the BenAwf Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and termination
We may pause, end, or amend the Challenge if we detect abuse, legal restriction, or technical failure. If we end the Challenge early, we will still honor verified qualifiers already in the first-10 set at that time, unless payment is unlawful.
